FRIGHT FAQS

***Nightmare Is An Enter At Your Own Risk Facility***

What does my ticket include?

One trip through each of Nightmare On 19th Street's four haunted attractions.

Do I have to arrive at 7:30?

No. Your ticket is valid anytime during operating hours on the date you purchased.

Can the actors touch me?

Our normal October attraction operates under a no-touch policy. You don't touch us and we don't intentionally touch you.

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes are strongly recommended. Portions of the park are outdoors.

What age is Nightmare appropriate for?

Parents should make that decision based on their child. We generally do not recommend the attractions for children under 12.

Can I take pictures?

Photos are encouraged outside the attractions. Photography and video are not permitted inside the haunted attractions during operating hours.

What happens if bad weather closes Nightmare?

If Nightmare closes because of weather, online ticket holders will receive information regarding their available options.

Are tickets refundable?

Tickets are generally non-refundable unless Nightmare cancels the event. See the complete ticket policy before purchasing.

Can I go through more than once?

Your standard admission includes one trip through each attraction. Any available repeat-pass promotions will be announced separately.

Is alcohol served?

No.
